Golf for the Greater Good

Since 1961, the Century Club has used golf as our platform to showcase San Diego to an international audience, generate revenue for the city, and make a difference in our community by supporting nonprofits that benefit at-risk and underserved youth.

Grow Your Giving

Our mission is to host a world-class PGA TOUR event to benefit San Diego and our local youth. As a nonprofit that supports other nonprofits, we assist our community partners through a unique combination of giving our time, providing funding, and leveraging our members’ skills and expertise.

But we cannot do it alone. By working together, we can grow the power of giving. A donation to the Century Club boosts our capacity to serve as a civic asset. It further supports the critical work of our community partners, fueling their abilities to enhance the lives of all San Diegans.

Champions for Youth

Our core charitable program, Champions for Youth aims to provide capacity-building resources to help our community partners for the long term. Throughout the partnership, selected nonprofits receive strategic development support, access to donation software, and engage in opportunities of collaboration, volunteerism, and brand exposure.

Each year, the program culminates with a fundraising campaign that coincides with the conclusion of the Farmers Insurance Open. Organizations earn a partial match of each donation courtesy of Farmers Insurance.

Growing Golf

Growing Golf

Our Growing Golf program seeks to increase diversity within the game of golf from both a competitions and business perspective. We believe that access to playing opportunities, job readiness training, and education are critical to creating and sustaining communities that are diverse, equitable, and inclusive.

Our Membership

Comprised of committed individuals, with careers and connections spanning multiple industries, and philanthropic affiliations throughout San Diego, Members join the Club as their means to give back to the community.
