Golf for the Greater Good

Since 1961, the Century Club has used golf as our platform to showcase San Diego to an international audience, generate revenue for the city, and make a difference in our community by supporting nonprofits that benefit at-risk and underserved youth.

Grow Your Giving

Our mission is to host a world-class PGA TOUR event to benefit San Diego and our local youth. As a nonprofit that supports other nonprofits, we assist our community partners through a unique combination of giving our time, providing funding, and leveraging our members’ skills and expertise.

But we cannot do it alone. By working together, we can grow the power of giving. A donation to the Century Club boosts our capacity to serve as a civic asset. It further supports the critical work of our community partners, fueling their abilities to enhance the lives of all San Diegans.

Champions for Youth

Our core charitable program, Champions for Youth aims to provide capacity-building resources to help our community partners for the long term. Throughout the partnership, selected nonprofits receive strategic development support, access to donation software, and engage in opportunities of collaboration, volunteerism, and brand exposure.

Each year, the program culminates with a fundraising campaign that coincides with the conclusion of the Farmers Insurance Open. Organizations earn a partial match of each donation courtesy of Farmers Insurance.

Civic Impact

We are proud that the Farmers Insurance Open enables us to showcase San Diego to a global audience with a national and international broadcast over the course of four days and dozens of hours of coverage. With an economic impact of $67.5 million, the tournament is a consistent contributor to our county’s economy.

Ticket Donations

We are pleased to support fundraising events for San Diego-based schools and nonprofits with an in-kind donation of two grounds tickets to Opening Day at the Farmers Insurance Open. Raise money for your organization and give one lucky donor a memorable day at Torrey.

We Support the Military

We support the Military

Century Club salutes all military members and their families. We support our longtime partner, the Armed Services YMCA, by providing an annual donation and volunteering at their monthly neighborhood food exchange program.

We also offer discounted tickets to active, retired, reservists, veterans, and dependents on Full Field Days (Wednesday and Thursday) through GovX.com. Tickets to the 2025 tournament will go on sale in the fall.
